Oh yeah, another thing:

No.... not us, not yet (it's only been 11 years, no reason to rush for god's sake)... but, you know, the uterus sheds its lining every month (similar to a mother bird making and then throwing away a perfectly good nest every 30 days) and occassionally that mother bird and her lesbian lover (same-sex partner, girlfriend, roommate, meal-ticket, whatever) discuss, after a few shots of tequilla or a particularly intense "lifetime, television for women MOVIE"... well, those 2 women start to discuss the "hows?", "who's?" "what-if's?" and "I don't know what do you thinks?" about children/kids/offspring/whatever.

Personally, I want to wait till the trend goes away. Wait till it seems "FRESH" again, the idea of 2 women raising children.... or wait until there are so many that it won't even make a difference... till the time when the kids that come from a stable, 2 parents of opposite sexes home... are the ones getting teased on the playground ("Lyle has a Daddy and a Mommy... poor Lyle).

Friends are having them and adopting them and finding them and making them.

Can we just adopt one that's already AT boarding school? We could just take over the payments and visit with it during breaks...

I think I'm a pain in the ass.

Yep, I'm pretty sure of it.

I better develop my talking points on this one before the next big summit.

Happy homemaking, everyone.
